Contributed to the interior development of the Lamborghini Huracan STO, including dashboard, tunnel, carpet, door panels, trims, and luggage compartments. Collaborated in weekly meetings with the interior team.
Utilized Catia V5 for surface and solid modeling, focusing on composite materials and plastic parts (PC, ABS, POM, PE), as well as sheet metal brackets. Designed parts for rapid prototyping using HP Jet Fusion.
Led CAD assembly and kinematics design, including mechanisms for door and glove compartment operation. Supported prototype assembly and maintained 2D drawings, conducting flush and gap studies for precision.
Contributed to the adaptation of the car interior for the Lamborghini Huracan HEV to accommodate a hybrid propulsion system. Designed brackets for securing components to the frame and optimized the luggage compartment to maximize space utilization.
Implemented modifications to the luggage compartment, including reducing its size to create additional space for new components and ensuring water tightness. Additionally, redesigned the compartment for easy access to batteries.
